The hotel provided good value for money with its clean rooms and comfortable beds. the breakfast was continental and conveniently packed in a bag for easy grab-and-go in the morning. the shared kitchen was a nice bonus, allowing us to keep our drinks cool in the fridge. the owner was attentive and accommodating, even upgrading us to a larger room. Although the rooms were well presented, we did miss having ironing facilities and a proper dining table. the location was convenient, close to Whitby and local amenities like pubs and a fish and chip shop.
